Sydney Mini Maker Faire

Hey all! Coming up Sunday, November 24th is the Sydney Mini Maker Faire. The Maker Faire is an event that spawned from Make Magazine, and is, in their own words:

the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth—a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement. It’s a place where people show what they are making, and share what they are learning.

Maker Faires have been happening in the US for a while now, with Adelaide and Melbourne hosting the first two in Australia. Now it’s our turn! Past Maker Faires have seen the debut of new Arduino boards, 3D printers, robots, and heaps of other awesome open source hardware. It’s historically been a place for creators of awesome things, electronic or otherwise, to show of their skills and share their knowledge. All up, it should be an awesome day and we hope to see you there.
